2.With its large distribution channels, CP mainly acts as a wholesaler and brand agent supported by the logistics, and is engaged in exclusive agent, cooperative distribution, service terminal, packing, warehousing & distribution, TPL , e-commerce and international trade.
4. CP hasset up many successful distribution channels which covers over20000 retailers in Beijing anditssurrounding areas, including shopping malls, warehouse clubs, hypermarkets, chain supermarkets, convenience stores, small exclusive shops,restaurantsand etc.
5. Supported by the Internet information technology, CP's channel modes are able to keep pace with the times. At present, CP's B2B online channels and B2C business has made rapid progress. We cooperated with over 10 large-scale online shopping platforms such asJD, YHD, Womai, Suning and Vipshop, set up the Official Flagship Store of "Sunny Life" on platforms such as Tmall Supermarket and Amazon, and have more than 50 specialty stores and flagship stores online. In the meantime, we expanded our B2B2C business, became the main supplier of Tmall supermarket (North China station).We established our first offline experience shop FROM in Yan'an, set up our own online shop and WeChat Official Account, and developed our own APP platform “Qumeiba”. We aim to expand the e-commerce business on multi-platforms, multi-varieties and by multi-modes in the future.
Relying on our advantage of resources, retail business develops gradually. At present, nearly 50 retail stores have been established in Datong, and will continue expanding the retail market to achieve the goal of 100 stores within three years.
7.Three party logistics business:
Rely on our resource of logistics , advanced computer management technology and rich experience, in satisfying the company's own logistics and distribution needs, the three party logistics business has also been developed.CP has established cooperation with many manufacturers in terms of TPL, signed the cooperative agreements regarding distribution, warehousing, processing and other aspects, to provide high-quality third party logistics and distribution services. Its delivery area covered several provinces and cities like Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, and etc.

Among them, 17 are settled in Beijing (5 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 12 holding companies), 9 subsidiaries are outside Beijing (5 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 4 holding companies) and 2 holding company in Hong Kong–Hong Kong CP (Asia) Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd., and朝批茂利升香港有限公司. The Logistics Distribution Center is located in Laojuntang, Shibalidian Town, Chaoyang District, with easy access to the traffic as it is next to the Southeast Fifth Ring Road and the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway.◆There is a modern warehouse complex covering an area of 220,000 square meters. There are 168000 standard locators with the capacity of 8 million TEU.
